We are open Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm. On Fridays, we’re open from 8 am to 4 pm. We are not open on the weekends.
We specialize in printing custom paper products, decals, apparel, signs and promotional items. If you’re interested in getting something made but you’re not sure if we produce it, feel free to use our quote request form and a Midtown team member will let you know if we can accommodate your printing needs within one business day.
We have varying minimums depending on the product. For t-shirts, hats and other apparel items, they’re sold by the dozen. For business cards, we have a minimum of one hundred. Please don’t hesitate to ask a team member what minimums may apply to your order.

We strive to ensure that every printing job goes out as quickly as it can while still maintaining the utmost quality. Please let us know what your project deadline is, and we will always do our best to meet it. Our standard turnaround time for paper printing and decals is 3-5 business days. Apparel, signage and promotional items are typically 5-7 business days. This is excluding design and shipping times. We’re often flexible and able to complete tight turns when necessary, so please ask.
We print hundreds of items and each one is a bit unique. The number of items you would like along with the size and any finishing touches will all go in to determining the price. It is always best to ask us for a quote so that you know exactly what your printing will cost. We make a point to always get quotes back to you as quickly as possible.
The clock starts as soon as you receive confirmation that your order is in print production. If you’re in a hurry, make sure your deadline has been voiced to one of our team members to ensure we can meet your needs.
If your order was wrong due to an error on our end, we will either fix your order, reprint your order or give you store credit on a case-by-case basis. If your order was wrong due to an error on your end, we do not offer refunds or store credit.
If your order has not yet been designed, altered, or printed and no stock has been ordered, your order can be cancelled with no additional fees. If your order has only been designed or the files have been altered, you are responsible to cover the design or file alteration fees. If your stock has been ordered and printed, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
We require order deposits on most large orders. One of our representatives will let you know in advance if a deposit is required for your order.
We currently accept payments via cash, check or card payments made in person or over the phone.
