We strive to ensure that every printing job goes out as quickly as it can while still maintaining the utmost quality. Please let us know what your project deadline is, and we will always do our best to meet it. We're often flexible and able to complete tight turns when necessary, so please ask.
We print thousands of items and each one is a bit unique. The number of items you would like along with the size and any finishing touches will all go in to determining the price. It is always best to ask us for a quote so that you know exactly what your printing will cost. We make a point to always get quotes back to you as quickly as possible.
The clock starts as soon as you receive confirmation that your order is in print production. If you’re in a hurry, make sure your deadline has been voiced to one of our team members to ensure we can meet your needs.

If your order has not yet been designed, altered, or printed and no stock has been ordered, your order can be cancelled with no additional fees. If your order has only been designed or the files have been altered, you are responsible to cover the design or file alteration fees. If your stock has been ordered and printed, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
We require order deposits on most large orders. One of our representatives will let you know in advance if a deposit is required for your order.
We currently accept payments via cash, check or card payments made in person or over the phone.
We do not print on customer supplied stock. If you have a particular shirt that you were really wanting printed, we have options of hundreds of different shirts from trusted name brands and we would be happy to find your perfect match.
We have thousands of shirt options ranging from basic Gildan cotton tees, to moisture wicking Nike polos, to American Apparel fashion fits. Let one of our team members know what you're looking for and we'll find your perfect match for your style, fit and price range.
To get price breaks on your shirt order, your print files must exactly the same. Otherwise, it's considered a different run of shirts.
Direct-to-garment (DTG) is a printing method where a digital printer is used to print a design directly onto fabric. DTG printing allows us to do full color printing with no per-ink costs.
Screen printing is the process of pressing ink through a screen to create a printed design, commonly used in printing fabric. Screen printing is great for 1-4 color t-shirts in bulk quantities, but is not ideal for small t-shirt runs or prints with a large amount of colors.
Our staff is well equipped to recommend you the best process based off of your needs. Digital printing or direct to garment printing is great for full color printing, or quantites under 30 in quantity. Screen printing is great for shirts that only have 1-4 colors in it and large quantities. We'll always ensure that the best process is being used for your particular order.
Your first option is to print less colors. This will get rid of some of your additional fees; or depending on the job, it could change your entire printing process to a cheaper option. Another option is to choose inexpensive shirts. If your shirts are long sleeve, dri-fit, tri-blends or a high end brand name your overall cost will be very different from if you're choosing a standard short sleeve cotton t-shirt. The third option is to print more shirts! If you print enough shirts to get to our next price break, you could save a lot in costs by achieving a lower per-shirt price.
Different shirt colors are acceptable as long as the ink colors are the same. If we need to change ink colors, additional fees will apply.
We do not print on customer supplied stock. If you have a particular type of paper you were interested in getting printed, please feel free to contact us about it and we'll do our best to match your desired stock.
A print ready file for paper printing means that your file is fully designed with no alterations needed, your file is set to size and proper bleeds and margins have been built into your file.
If you have concerns about your print's appearance, request to receive a proof. If you're a company with set branding guidelines, especially in regards to color, be sure to send us your branding kit so we can ensure we're meeting the color specifications.
To prevent your prints from having white lines around the border, you must set up your print file with bleeds. Bleeds refers to an extra 1/8” (.125) of image or background color that extends beyond the finished size of your printing piece. The print file is printed on an oversized sheet that is then cut down to size with the appearance that the image is “bleeding” off the edge of the paper.
It is not necessary to include crop marks in your print files.
We request that you do not multi-up your own files; just send us your original file set to size. The sheet size that we choose to print your project on varies on multiple factors. If you let us multi-up it for the appropriate sheet size, we can ensure we're getting you the best quality and price for your order.
We offer coil/spiral binding, soft cover binding, and magazine binding.

Vinyl is great for long term applications and is weather and water proof. Paper labels are great for temporary applications and are not weather or water safe.

Design and Files
Our team all has between 3-10 years of experience in graphic design. We're capable of producing not just beautiful graphic work, but are well trained in creating the best designs to fit you an your particular business.
For paper printing, we recommend PDF files. For signs, decals, promotional items or t-shirts, we recommend vector files in a PDF, EPS, SVG or AI format.
If you artwork is not sent to us at a correct scale, a color needs to be changed, something is mistyped, something was not sent properly for print or etc., file alterations may be required. You will always be informed that these alterations are needed and informed of their estimated cost before any changes are made. File alterations are prorated based off of time spent making the alteration.
When you scale a vector image file, it isn't low resolution and there's no loss of quality. Vector files can be sized to however large or small you need it to be. It's an excellent tool for print; especially for large scale or textile printing. We highly recommend letting us vector your designs before taking them to print to get stunning quality on your prints.
Raster art (also referred to as bitmaps or raster images) is a file created using colorized pixels. Raster art is often acceptable for small scale printing paper such as standard copies, business cards or more. When you enlarge a raster file with pixel-based art too much, the edges look jagged and the quality so it is not recommended for large prints, or textile and decal printing.
Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a digital file that allows embroidery machines to understand the needle’s path. Digitizing is a necessity to embroidery. It's a one-time fee, so once your digitized logo is on file, it does not have to be digitized again.
Anytime we are designing or changing type for you, you will always receive a proof. If we are not altering your print file but you still need a proof, you need to request a proof upon placing your order.
Our team all has between 3-10 years of graphic experience design and is here to give you an amazing design that you'll love every time.
