Pick up any order free at our shop: 1891 Capital Circle NE, Suite 10, Tallahassee, FL 32308. We'll email you when it's ready.

Shipping

We ship via UPS Ground and comparable carriers. Shipping is free on orders over $99 (oversized freight items like tents and large displays are quoted separately and noted on their product pages). For orders under $99, the exact shipping cost shows at checkout before you pay.

When will my order arrive?

Production time varies by product and is listed on each product page — the clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order. Shipping transit time is added on top of production. If you have a hard deadline (an event, a job start date), tell us up front and we'll shoot straight with you about whether we can hit it.
