Terms of Service

The short version: we make custom printed goods, you approve everything before it prints, and we treat you the way we'd want to be treated. The details:

Proofs and approval

Every order receives a digital proof. Your approval of the proof is your acceptance of the artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and quantities shown. Production begins only after approval.

Your artwork

By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it — including logos, images, and text. You're responsible for securing any permissions or licenses your artwork requires. We may decline artwork we believe infringes someone else's rights.

Color and materials

Printed colors can vary slightly from what you see on a screen, and from run to run within normal industry tolerances. If exact color matching is critical, tell us before production and we'll talk through options.

Quotes and pricing

Custom quotes are valid for 30 days. Website pricing applies at the time of order. Obvious pricing errors on the site may be corrected before an order is accepted.

Payment

Online orders are paid at checkout. Custom-quoted work may require payment or a deposit before production.

Problems

If something's wrong with your order, our guarantee applies: contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Midtown Print Co.'s total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
