How to measure
- Width = horizontal across · Height = top to bottom.
- Measure the SPACE you're hanging in, not the banner itself.
- Round UP to the nearest half-foot — we can trim down, can't add.
- Big banner outside in wind? Mesh lets wind pass through — won't catch and rip down like solid vinyl on large jobs.

What size banner do I actually need?
Most common sizes:
• 2'×4' — small storefront window, sandwich board
• 3'×6' — outdoor sale, event signage
• 4'×8' — trade show backdrop, fence banner (our most popular)
• 6'×10'+ — building wraps, large outdoor displays

What's the difference between 13oz, 15oz, 18oz, and mesh?
13oz is our standard outdoor vinyl — durable, weatherproof, good for 1–2 years of outdoor use. Right for most jobs.
15oz steps up the durability — better for 2–3 years outdoor, holds up to wind better, more rigid feel.
18oz is pro-grade — heaviest, most rigid, best for long-term outdoor runs (3+ years) or banners that get a lot of handling and rehanging.
Mesh is wind-permeable — perforated so wind passes through instead of catching the banner. Right for large outdoor jobs (fence banners, building wraps, anything 4×8 and up hanging in open wind). Solid vinyl at that size catches gusts and tears down; mesh stays put.
Do I need grommets?
Welded edges + grommets is the standard — what 95% of customers order. Welded edges keep the banner from fraying. Grommets are metal eyelets at the corners (and every 2 ft on bigger banners) for hanging with zip ties, bungees, or rope. Pick this if you're hanging it on a fence, a wall with hooks, a railing, anywhere outside.
Welded edges only (no grommets) is right if you're mounting the banner yourself with adhesive, sliding it into a clip frame or sleeve mount, or rigging it your own way. No price difference.

Do I need to design my banner first?
Not if your artwork is in decent shape — we'll clean up the basics (color, alignment, file format) at no charge as part of the "real humans review your file" step.
If you need design work — laying out a banner from logo + content, or original illustration — we'll quote that upfront before any production. No surprise fees.
How fast can I actually get it?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from proof approval — that's typical, not "best case." Most orders ship in about a week. Local pickup in Tallahassee often saves a day vs shipping.

What if it doesn't look right?
You'll get a digital proof to approve before we print anything. Changes welcome until you're happy.
If something prints wrong (color shift, smudge, anything off-spec), we'll reprint at no charge. That's the deal.
