What's the minimum order?
You can order just one — great for a sample, a gift, or a small team. Bulk pricing kicks in automatically at 24 tumblers and again at 144.
Will the engraving wear off?
Never. Laser engraving permanently removes the powder coating to reveal the bright stainless underneath — it can't fade, peel, crack, or wash off like a printed design can. It's the most durable way to brand a tumbler.
Can I engrave both sides?
Yes. Choose "Two sides" above to add a back engrave — a tagline, website, or second mark — for about $2 more per tumbler. One side is your logo on the front.
What does the engraving look like on different colors?
The laser cuts through the colored coating to the stainless beneath, so your mark shows up as a clean silver/steel tone on every color — bold on dark tumblers, subtle and elegant on lighter ones. Same crisp detail regardless of the color you pick.
Can you help with my logo?
Yes. Our in-house team can clean up your logo, prep it for engraving, or lay out simple lettering from scratch. Choose "Help me design it" when you add to cart, or call us at 850-681-2900.
Will I approve a proof first?
Always. Every order includes a digital proof, usually within 1 business day. Nothing goes onto the laser until you say yes.
How long does production take?
Most orders complete in 5–7 business days from proof approval thanks to our local in-house engraving. Need it faster? Mention it when you check out — we'll see what we can do.
Are these dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-washing to protect the powder coat and insulation seal over the long haul — but because the design is engraved, not printed, there's nothing on the artwork that can ever wash away.
