Which size should I get?
All three are 8 ft tall — the width is the decision. 8 ft wide frames 2–4 people (most popular for photo ops), 9 ft fits 4–6, and 10 ft handles big group shots of 6–8. When in doubt, go a size up — nobody ever wished their photo wall were smaller.
What's a "step and repeat"?
It's the photo backdrop you see behind people at premieres and galas — logos tiled in a repeating diagonal pattern so at least one full logo lands next to every face in every photo. Send us your logo (or two — yours plus a sponsor's) and we'll build the repeat pattern for you as part of your free proof.
Why fabric instead of vinyl?
Camera flash. Vinyl bounces light and puts a glare streak right through your logos. Our dye-sublimated fabric has a low-sheen finish that photographs clean, plus it folds for travel and shakes out smooth.
What comes with the stand kit?
A telescoping stand that adjusts in width and height to fit any of the three sizes, the printed fabric graphic with a sewn pole pocket, and a carry bag for the whole kit. Two people can have it standing in a few minutes — no tools.
What does "graphic only" mean?
Just the printed fabric banner, no stand — for when you already own a backdrop stand and want new art on it. The standard sewn pole pocket fits our stand and most adjustable telescoping backdrop stands.
Can you help with my design?
Yes. Send your logo and we'll lay out the repeat pattern, balance the spacing, and send a proof. Choose "Help me design it" when you add to cart, or call us at 850-681-2900.
Will I approve a proof first?
Always. Every order includes a free digital proof, usually within 1 business day. Nothing goes to print until you say yes.
How fast can I get it?
